Our service provides automated fetching and formatting of GSTR-2A and 2B data. You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and strictly for the GSTINs you are legally authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Access to our automated tools is billed on a subscription basis. All payments are securely processed via our payment gateway partner (Cashfree). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
While we strive for 100% accuracy, the data provided by Compliance AutoBot is fetched directly from the GST Network. A. P. Furia and Co. shall not be held liable for any discrepancies, portal downtimes, or financial losses arising from the use of this automated data. It is the taxpayer's or practitioner's responsibility to verify the data before filing returns.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
