Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Compliance AutoBot subscription at any time from your admin dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for mid-month cancellations.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because Compliance AutoBot is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product, we offer a strict 7-day refund policy for new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with the service within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

3. Technical Failures

If our system fails to deliver the promised automation services due to extended server outages on our end (excluding official GST Network portal downtimes), you may be eligible for a credit or partial refund at the sole discretion of A. P. Furia and Co.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment (via Cashfree) within 5 to 7 working days.
