To provide our automation services, we securely collect and store the following: your name, email address, phone number, GSTINs, and encrypted GST portal credentials. We also securely store the fetched GSTR-2A and 2B JSON data to generate your Excel reports.
We use your information exclusively to authenticate with the GST Network, fetch your authorized tax data, and dispatch the generated reports to you and your clients via email and WhatsApp. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.
We implement industry-standard security measures, including database encryption, to protect your sensitive GST portal credentials. All data transmissions between our servers and the GST Network are secured via HTTPS/TLS.
We use third-party payment gateways (Cashfree) to process subscription payments. We do not store your credit card or UPI details on our servers. Your payment data is handled directly by the payment processor under their strict security standards.
